Christmas Eve traditions

For Christmas Eve we have a few traditions. This year our Christmas Eve service started our evening off. We all met up at Northwest to attend Christmas Eve service-it was a very nice service with beautiful music and a great message. From there we headed to my parents house for dinner-tonight we had enchiladas-not a tradition, but yummy none the less. After dinner we had a birthday cake for Jesus. We all sang Happy Birthday and Cade & Zach blew out the candle. This was our first year to do this, but I'm sure it won't be our last. After Zach destroyed the cake-Cade didn't want much to do with it-all 3 boys headed upstairs for a bath. Cade & Reid put on their Christmas PJs and Zach put on his swimsuit. Yes, every Christmas Eve since my parents moved to their new house we've heated up the hot tub and all gotten in. We'll sit in the hot tub, roast marshmallows & make s'mores. This year I decided to let Zach join us. Normally Tiffany & Madison will look up in the sky for Santa--it works out great since my parents are in a flight path. Rodolph's nose is SO bright we can see him. Zach was a little clueless about Santa so there was no looking this year. After we all become prunes we head inside and start Miracle on 34 street-the newer version. We all believe! Now its time to go to bed so Santa will stop at our house!
Tessa & Zach-check out his new hair cut!

Cade got down so Zach thought he could use both forks to eat the cake
Check out Tara's blog she took a lot of pictures on her camera too.

Merry Christmas!
