Madison

Yesterday was a day all about Madison-for those of you who don't know Madison spends the month of July (minus a weekend) with her dad. She is with me for the rest of the summer-so just about the time I get used to her not having to go to her dad's every other weekend she has to leave. Because of that I thought Madison needed a day to be with me-without Zach. So my mom & Tessa watched Zach for me (thank you!) while Madison and I headed out for a girls day. We went and ate lunch at a fun new deli called Schelleci's (sp?) diner. It was very yummy! Wendy Thomas who took most of Madison's pictures growing up-her husband owns it. He's a great chef and Madison & I both enjoyed our lunches. From there we headed to Louetta nails to get as Madison referred to as mani's and pedi's. If only you could have seen her. She walks in with her cute little outfit, big earrings, and Tessa's old fake coach purse--she thought she was something! After our glorious Manicures and pedicures we headed to the Mall to visit Build a Bear. Tessa had taken her there a couple of days before and she found a 4th of July bear that she had to have, and since I had a $5 off coupon I figured what the heck. From there we headed back to my parents to get Zach and headed to the Astro's game. All of my family went and we had lots of fun and the Astro's won!! I am going to really miss Madison and am very glad that we had the day to spend together. Sorry I didn't take any pictures--I had my camera with me all day, but look at Tara's blog-she took lots of pictures at the game.
