Another room finished!

Little by little the house is coming together. I talked to my mom, and told her of all the great plans I had for our house. I was totally overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Being the wise woman she is, she suggested I start one room-work on that room until it is complete and then move on to the next. I started on the guest room-because it needed the least amount of work and my mom and I found a picture at Garden Ridge. I was having a difficult time finding things to match the gold and cream comforter that we picked out before we got married. I found a shower curtain,
with cute little towels to match
but still no color until we found the picture. Then I had a direction-I bought rugs for the bathroom to match, and on a trip to Hobby Lobby I found this picture-it goes in the bathroom. Finally-one room checked off the list. Although, I think I might change out the throw on the end of the bed for a green one. Then, as you know we moved on to Madison's room-tonight Bobby hung up a mirror that is an antique from my dad's side of the family. We added the brown bow to dress it up a bit. Bobby's still working on the shelf, but as soon as that is finished and hung Madison's room will get to be checked off the list and then on to the office! Hunting/Lodge theme--if we can agree on a picture to hang. And look for many, many pictures of Bobby & his dad, Cecil building a desk for the office-that is if we can find a pattern.
