A Tech filled "Thanksgiving" Weekend

This weekend Tessa & Taleigh both came in town from Tech and we celebrated Thanksgiving with them since all 3 of us won't be in town this year. Tessa has an awesome opportunity to do a service project in The Grand Canyon for the week of Thanksgiving. Taleigh is going to Spearman with Lance to Spend Thanksgiving with his family, and I'll be heading to Denver to spend time with the Colwell's in Denver. Our plans were to watch the Tech vs A & M game and during halftime have Thanksgiving lunch. My mom outdid herself and made everything as if it was Thanksgiving day--down to the pumpkin pie! Yummy! The Mitchams came over to join in the festivities-Rachael is at A & M so it made the game a little more fun--well the end of the game. Everyone was pretty nervous at halftime-didn't know if Tech was going to be able to pull a win out, but they did. Madison had a blast hanging out with Tessa & Taleigh, and Zach provided a little entertainment as always. Tessa brought in Madison's birthday gift with her which was a Tech game day t-shirt and some Tech face stickers. Madison immediately put them on and wore them all day long! Her stickers stayed on her face until she went to bed tonight--yes they lasted even through the shower!
